Blackjack Nomenclature

February 9, 2024 by Gamblejack casino bonus

The following is a description of the nomenclature, abbreviations and some terms to define rules for blackjack and other special features including Anglicisms

ABOUT THE RULES:

D: (Deck) means deck or deck, is preceded by the number of decks being played eg

1D 1 game or 1 bundle pack, six-deck 6D.

DAS (Double After Split) Allow double after opening.

R n: Number of times you can open for example R 4 means you can open up to have 4 hands (this is not used very often and prefers to explain in text)

H17 or HS17 (Hit Soft 17) The dealer continues giving a hand in the case of soft and only 17 plants with 17 hard.

S17 (Stand 17): The dealer stands on soft 17 even

ND x%: A combination that indicates the number of decks or cards and penetration or depth of cut, for example 75% 6D means that the game is 6 decks and the house placed the letter in court, leaving approximately 75 % of the cards into play

ND x / n: This is another common way to express the number of decks and the depth of cut, for example 6D 4.5 / 6 means that the game is 6 decks and the dealer places the cut card is left in the game 4.5 decks and behind the cut card decks 1.5

Dn: (double only on n) Fold only. It can be D11, or D1 or D9, which means that only allowed 11-fold in the case of D10, or you can only double on 10 and 11 for the case of D10 or just can bend with 9, 10 or 11 for For D9.

DA2 (two double and Stock) Turn any two-card hand independent of the value of the hand.

D3: you can turn with three cards very strange rule

RAS: (re-split Aces) reopening of aces is permitted.

Hole Card: When the dealer gives two cards and only shows one hole card is called the letter that is blocked

No Pick *: The dealer gives two cards but does not check if you have blackjack, is a modality that is used in some casinos which is the Pick As the dealer checks the hole card only if the open is an ace

ENHC or NHC * (European No Hole Card) When the dealer is first given a letter and only continues if you play after all players have finished their game. A dealer’s blackjack beats all odds including double and openness.

Obbo *: (original and busted bets only) is a variation of the European method described above. If the player folds or open hand or spends playing his hand and the dealer make blackjack, it loses the original bet and betting retrieves the last hand and the openings and bent.

OBO *: Same as above but you lose the past but not hands and double openings in the case of a blackjack dealer.

NOTE: If you do not specify any of the rules indicated with “*” means it is a game with American rules where the dealer is given two cards and if the open is an Ace or 10 checks the hole card by an optical or electronic. If you have a blackjack, turn the letter only pay insurance and do not remove the bets that had blackjack. From the point of view of strategy if the casino does not check the hole card or there is a single letter, but has Obbo rule then is the same.
